Who Can Apply to Represent a Village

In accordance with BRX-064, formal university education is never a blanket barrier to joining the agent network. We prioritize local village residency, integrity, and basic digital capability.

Village Residency & Age

You must be at least 18 years old and a permanent resident of the Rwandan village you apply to represent, known and trusted by local households.

Rwandan Mobile Number

An active mobile phone number registered in your legal name (+250 prefix) capable of receiving one-time SMS verification codes and mobile payouts.

Smartphone Capability

Access to an Android smartphone with camera and GPS functionality to operate the offline-first MOVEMAX Connect field application.

Integrity & Community Trust

A respected reputation in your village, high ethical standards, commitment to truthful reporting, and dedication to serving your neighbors.

Qualification Standards Policy: Village Agent onboarding is universal and merit-based. Specialized technical field activities and supervisory appointments (Cell, Sector, and District Supervisors) are governed by objective qualification tiers (Volume 6) and verified academic records.

District Supervisor

District Operations Leader

Manages district-wide programme logistics, liaison with local government, and oversees overall data and evidence verification standards.

How Earnings Work & Ethical Safeguards

MOVEMAX Connect upholds complete transparency. We operate on verified economic productivity—never on fees, speculative stock, or referral recruitment.

Zero Joining Fee

Applying, onboarding, and participating in the MOVEMAX Connect network are completely free. You never pay any registration fee, kit charge, or membership contribution.

Activity-Based Earnings

Commissions are earned strictly on verified field activities—such as approved customer orders, completed surveys, or verified project tasks. We never promise guaranteed income or fixed salaries.

Supplier-Delivered Stock

Commercial partners supply required products and demonstration units directly; agents never purchase speculative inventory or risk personal capital to resell.

No Recruitment Rewards

MOVEMAX Connect is a legitimate field operations platform. No agent ever earns commissions or bonuses for recruiting others. Compensation derives 100% from verified field deliveries.

Code of Conduct

What MOVEMAX Asks of You

To maintain community trust and institutional client confidence, every village agent commits to four foundational responsibilities.

Truthful & Accurate Reporting

Always record genuine customer details, exact survey responses, and authentic GPS visit coordinates. False submissions result in immediate account termination.

Personal Field Execution

You are vetted as an individual. Never share your application account or delegate assignments to unauthorized third parties or proxies.

Respect for Community & Data Privacy

Treat every community member with respect and keep household personal information strictly confidential in accordance with Rwandan privacy law.

Prompt Feedback & Synchronisation

Keep your mobile app synced whenever you reach network coverage, and respond constructively when supervisors request evidence clarification.

Frequently Asked Questions for Applicants

Do I have to pay to apply or attend onboarding training?

No. Application, onboarding, and core platform training are free of charge. MOVEMAX Connect never charges registration fees, training fees, or kit charges.

Is there a fixed monthly salary or guaranteed income?

No. A village agent is an independent community participant, not a salaried employee. You earn commission strictly when you complete an eligible sale, order, survey, or project task and both MOVEMAX supervisors and the partner verify your submitted evidence.

Do I need a university degree to become a Village Agent?

No. In line with BRX-064, formal university education is not required to register as a Village Agent. General commercial and community tasks are open to all literate and numerate village residents. Higher academic qualifications are required only for advanced supervisory appointments (Cell, Sector, and District).

What if my village already has an active village agent?

You may still submit an application. When a village's current capacity is full, eligible applicants are placed on the waitlist and contacted when additional project capacity or a vacancy opens.

Can I record orders and surveys when there is no mobile network?

Yes. The MOVEMAX Connect field app is built offline-first. You can record household visits, customer orders, survey questionnaires, and photo evidence completely offline. Your device synchronises automatically once you reconnect to a mobile data or Wi-Fi network.
