Terms of Use

Part I — General Platform Terms

1.MOVEMAX Connect is owned and operated by MOVEMAX Logistic Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Rwanda. By accessing any public page or authenticated workspace, you agree to use the platform lawfully and never attempt to access records outside your assigned role, geography, or organisation.

2. Account credentials, one-time verification codes, and activation tokens are personal and non-transferable. Attempting to enumerate applicant phone numbers, bypass rate limits, or submit fabricated records is strictly prohibited.

Part II — Village Agent Participation Terms

• Independent participation: A Village Agent participates as an independent community agent assigned to a specific village, not as a salaried employee of MOVEMAX Logistic Ltd.
• No registration fee & no guaranteed income: There is no fee to apply, activate an account, or receive onboarding training. MOVEMAX Connect does not promise or guarantee any minimum or fixed income.
• Verified activity & release conditions: Commissions are earned solely from eligible sales, orders, surveys, or tasks that pass both MOVEMAX supervisor pre-check and partner verification, and become payable only when the applicable contractual release condition is satisfied.
• Truthfulness & evidence integrity: Submitting falsified household data, forged signatures, or manipulated photos results in immediate rejection of the submission and disciplinary review up to account deactivation.

Part III — Partner Organisation Terms

1. Partner Portal access is granted exclusively to authorised contributors, verifiers, and analysts under a signed agreement between the Partner Organisation and MOVEMAX Logistic Ltd.

2. Partner users may view and verify only records belonging to their own organisation's contracts. Verification decisions and deliverable sign-offs recorded by authorised Partner Verifiers or Client Representatives are binding and immutable in the audit trail.

Version History

Changing any part of these Terms creates a new numbered version; prior versions are archived and never edited in place.
